These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dgb3 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this document. Please read it carefully before using dgb3.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and dgb3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the dgb3 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 18+ This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.
Every rule governing betting markets, casino games, bonus wagering, and account management at dgb3 is documented clearly in these terms. There are no hidden conditions. Where terms have changed, the effective date is stated explicitly.
All dgb3 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all calculated and displayed in ৳. No currency conversion is applied to player balances held in ৳.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one dgb3 account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided, pending investigation.
All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC protects all players against fraud and identity theft.

Definitions
The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the rights and obligations set out in this document.

| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. |

| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond the reasonable control of dgb3, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or acts of war, that prevents or delays the Platform's normal operation. |
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the dgb3 Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
Your acceptance of these terms is a continuing obligation. Each time you access the Platform, you reaffirm your acceptance of the version of the Terms & Conditions in force at that time. If dgb3 updates these terms, we will notify Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. dgb3 will return any verified real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. The English-language version is the governing version for all interpretive purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not have legal force in the event of a dispute.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the dgb3 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dgb3 is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. 18+
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the dgb3 Platform or any other platform operated by dgb3's group companies.
- Single account: You must not already hold a dgb3 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
- Not acting on behalf of another: You must be registering and using the Account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
Age Verification
dgb3 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players are required to complete KYC age verification before their first withdrawal is processed. dgb3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of first deposit, or at any time during the Account's operation.
Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID, or driving licence. Documents must be current and must clearly show the Player's full name and date of birth. Obscured, altered, or expired documents will not be accepted.
Where dgb3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 18, we will suspend the Account pending verification. If verification confirms the Player is under 18, all funds deposited will be returned minus any amounts already wagered, and no winnings will be paid. The Account will be permanently closed.
Zero tolerance for underage gambling. dgb3 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage access to the Platform. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access gambling websites. We strongly recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling content for households with minors.
Account Registration
To access the full range of dgb3 services, including placing Wagers and making deposits, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. You may register by visiting the dgb3 Login page and completing the sign-up form with accurate personal information.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
- Date of birth
- Valid email address
- Registered mobile number (used for two-factor authentication and payment verification)
- Residential address, including city and division (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh)
- Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to dgb3 at registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate, complete, and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your Account promptly via the account settings page or by contacting [email protected].
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and permanent closure of the Account. dgb3 will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that dgb3 can suspend the Account and investigate.
dgb3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has shared their login details with a third party.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
dgb3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the Player's issuing bank)
Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limit are specified within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Players may set lower personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance in the Account. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is specified in the cashier section.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering
dgb3 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our internal compliance systems. This may include proof of the source of deposited funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
dgb3 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals processed through bKash or Nagad. Third-party fees levied by your mobile financial service provider or bank are outside dgb3's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotions
dgb3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. The general principles governing all dgb3 bonuses are set out below.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by dgb3 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, scratch cards, and certain progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward the wagering requirement. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. The validity period is stated in the individual promotion terms and begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the Account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse
dgb3 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus structures (e.g., placing low-risk, opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure); or colluding with other Players to systematically exploit a promotional offer. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Seasonal and Special Promotions
dgb3 runs seasonal promotions aligned with significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar and the cricket schedule, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). Seasonal promotion terms are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
dgb3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of widespread abuse or where a technical error has caused a promotion to be displayed or credited incorrectly. In such cases, dgb3 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Players.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All Wagers placed on dgb3 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Wager details — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. dgb3 will not reverse a confirmed Wager on the grounds of Player error except in the specific circumstances described below.
Void Bets
A Wager may be declared void (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances:
- A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, as defined in the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
- A manifest pricing error occurs — meaning an odds or price offered was clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error, and this was reasonably apparent to the Player at the time of placing the Wager.
- The outcome of the event cannot be determined with certainty due to exceptional or unforeseeable circumstances.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
Cricket is the primary sport offered on dgb3. The following rules apply specifically to cricket markets:
- Match betting: For a match result bet to stand, the full scheduled number of overs must be completed, unless a result (win, loss, or tie) has already been determined before the scheduled conclusion.
- In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. Once a Wager is confirmed in-play, it stands regardless of subsequent odds movements in the same over.
- DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) Method: Where a rain-affected match result is decided by the DLS method, the DLS result is treated as the official match result for all relevant betting markets unless the individual market terms state otherwise.
- BPL and IPL coverage: dgb3 offers same-over and player-performance markets for BPL and IPL fixtures. These markets are governed by the sport-specific rules page on the Platform.
Casino and RNG Games
All digital casino games available on dgb3 — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and fair. dgb3 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game studio and are independently verified.
Live Casino Rules
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as stated at the live table by the dealer and as published in the game-specific rules accessible from within the live casino lobby. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the relevant game provider's reconciliation system will determine the outcome. dgb3 accepts the game provider's determination as final in all such cases.
Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the dgb3 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent closure:
- Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one dgb3 Account, whether in your own name or under false or third-party identities.
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a legitimate dgb3 transaction.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a Wager or to exploit a game or market in a manner that circumvents the intended rules.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across markets to guarantee a risk-free profit in a manner that exploits pricing discrepancies not available to general retail players.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place Wagers, navigate the Platform, or interact with casino games on your behalf.
- Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a technical malfunction, pricing error, or system glitch to place Wagers that would not otherwise be available.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your Account.
Consequences of prohibited conduct: Where dgb3 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, dgb3 reserves the right to void all associated Wagers and winnings, forfeit the Account Balance, permanently close the Account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law. Such determinations are made by dgb3's compliance team and are final subject to the dispute resolution process in Article 10.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by dgb3
dgb3 reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or there is evidence of account compromise.
- The Account is subject to a fraud investigation, KYC review, or anti-money laundering inquiry.
- A regulatory or legal obligation requires dgb3 to restrict access to the Account.
During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, place Wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. dgb3 will endeavour to notify the Player of the suspension and its reason as soon as it is legally and operationally permissible to do so. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld Balance will be released.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dgb3 will process the Player's available real-money Balance via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure does not relieve the Player of any outstanding obligations to dgb3, including repayment of any promotional credits advanced in error.
Dormant Accounts
An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. dgb3 will notify the Player by email prior to classifying an Account as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the Account Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. The Player may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgb3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dgb3 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or system downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events.
- Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
- Errors in odds or game prices that are corrected under the manifest pricing error provisions in Article 7.
- Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit dgb3's liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Dispute Resolution
If a Player disputes a Wager outcome, a withdrawal decision, or any other Platform determination, they must contact [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. dgb3 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to dgb3's compliance department. dgb3's decision, following the full escalation process, is final and binding.
Responsible Gaming
dgb3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players free of charge:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to keep your spending within a predetermined budget. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. The Platform will notify you when your chosen limit is approaching and will log you out when it is reached.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) without full self-exclusion. During the cooling-off period, login access is disabled but your Balance is preserved.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all dgb3 services. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
- Reality Check Reminders: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display how long your current session has lasted and the net result of your wagering activity in that session.

Amendments & Updates
dgb3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be necessary to reflect updates to the Platform's features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to our responsible gaming framework, or corrections to ambiguous or incomplete provisions.
When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, dgb3 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised effective date at the top of the document.
Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and additions of new game-specific rules that are already covered in general terms — may be made without advance notice. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the current version.
If a Player objects to any amendment, they must notify dgb3 at [email protected] within 14 days of the amendment's effective date and request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Article 9. Continued use of the Platform after the 14-day notice period constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the document. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between dgb3 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter hereof.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. The English version is the legally binding version. Any translation made available on the Platform is provided for informational convenience only and shall not be relied upon for legal or interpretive purposes.
